When Words Became Her Driving Force
Penny Ciaburri is known for her relentless drive and sheer determination to peruse with passion, very lofty goals- those that are almost inconceivable. She grew up in a small town in upstate New York and was the first in her family to go to college. Penny a risk taker, left a great professional position with a brilliant future and financial security to start her own company. She is highly regarded for her tenacity, composure and intelligence as she had to fight through rejection, loss of relationships, and what she refers to as “gut punches” along the way.
Penny built PLC Associates, establishing it as a national consultancy. Despite the many roadblocks and pain points, she refused to lose her forward focus with the dream of establishing legacy wealth for generations- the first in her family. She accomplished it while enduring an onslaught of roadblocks. Penny describes her life as incredibly happy and blessed, now living in Naples, Florida during winter months and on beautiful Canandaigua Lake in summer. She is proud to be able to be philanthropic and serve as a “rock” for her family.
